How To Prepare Neem Soap at Home

Nimtree or Neem is a local tree found in Asia, Africa, Sahara region and Indian subcontinent. Neem tree is also called Indian lilac, belongs to Meliaceae family and mostly grows in tropical and subtropical regions. The scientific name for neem tree is Azadirachta indica.
  The neem tree has many traditional uses in Chinese and Indian medicine. The neem contains many pesticidal and insecticidal properties including disinfectant behavior. The neem tree derivatives are widely used for dental and skin problems. The neem tree do possess anti bacterial effect, means it has the power to diminish bacterial activity. Oil extracted from neem leaves is helpful in repelling insects, especially mosquitoes and flies. Due to its antimicrobial effects, many shampoo manufactures use neem oil for removing tick and fleas from animal skin.



Neem Soap Preparation

Ingredients: 

Dry Neem Powder    
Aloe Vera Gel
Almond Oil
Soap Base
Powdered Milk
Haldi (Turmeric powder) 
Vitamin E tablets

Procedure:

     The process for making soap must be conducted in neat and hygienic place and this is the basic requirement. You should use a mask and gloves to prepare herbal neem soap. The apparatus should be clean and dried. These requirements must be met in order to achieve best results.

  First of all you need a petri dish (can be a clean and dried glass plate). First take the dried neem powder and mix haldi (turmeric) in it. Properly mix these both ingredients. Now, add aloe vera gel in the mixture and properly mix it. After that add almond oil. The soap base must be grinded to powder ( You can use pears soap as base if soap base not available). Add mixture into soap base and add then add milk powder alongwith all remaining ingredients. After adding all the ingredients, the soap mixture should be thoroughly mixed. 

     The soap should be placed in a container. The container should be placed in refrigerator for 2 days. This soap is effective for use in skin and hair problems.



Application: 

The neem soap has many herbal uses. The neem soap is also used in treating skin diseases. The neem soap is also used in acne, pimples and other face problems.
